At 30A Brighter Days we utilize a custom program to deliver the most detailed inspection reports for your home, giving you peace of mind knowing our inspector was actually on-site during the assessment.

Our program features a built-in GPS system, QRIDit, which ensures we can only access our reporting software while inside your home. Before our first inspection, we locate your property using Google Maps, generate a QRID (a unique barcode), and place it in your home. During each inspection, we scan this QRID with our phone to access your personalized checklist.

The reports we email you post-inspection are fully customizable to meet your specific needs. They not only detail the items we inspect but also include information on additional tasks we perform, such as starting cars, watering plants, and monitoring thermostat temperatures. The checklist serves as a reminder for us regarding your specific requests. Plus, our advanced reporting system allows us to take photos of any issues we find and include them in the report.
